The quality review and on going product development meetings with Yingkai over the last year have proved very beneficial and the latest product range has significantly benefitted from this two way process. All machines are now subject to a rigorous test procedure and quality inspection.

The Mounter's Mate complete range including the Workstation model now benefits from the all new developed cross beam gantry (bridge), some 50 percent of this is now fabricated in aluminium, realising a weight saving of some 28 kilograms. The runners have been replaced with radial guide rails, and roller bearing captive slide units. These small changes serve to provide a significant improvement that makes bridge operation effortless and allows an increased work rate.

Twin keyhole media holder brackets have been added to the machine at both ends. These simply enable a roll or rolls of digital print to be loaded directly from the end of the bed and dramatically reduce transfer time during use.

The electrical operating system has been subject to an upgrade and now includes an emergency override button.
